Description:I.P. Grease BJ 613 is a perfect clay-based grease including a high viscosity base oil completely suitable for use in plain and rolling element bearings operating at temperatures higher than those at which conventional soap-based greases can be used satisfactory. It contains solid lubricants such as graphite and MOS2 for increasing the consistency of dry lm up to 450 C°. This grease is suitable for lubrication under very high pressures.Application:I.P. Grease BJ 613 is suitable for use in medium speeds and heavily loaded plain and rolling bearings at high temperatures such as huge bearings of cement kilns and rolling bearings of Steel plants. It is also recommended for harsh operating conditions including vibration and severe shock loads such as rolling cables and chains. Moreover it is a multi-purpose grease, suitable for use in the presence of moisture at operating temperatures up to 175 ºC.
