Description:I.P. Grease CJ 500 is an extreme pressure calcium complex grease. It is a multi–-purpose extreme pressure grease based on high quality mineral base oils and calcium complex soap providing extra protection against corrosion and wear under high temperature and pressure and also high speeds. At high temperatures this grease produces ash (less than 3.5 W %). Due to specic structure of calcium complex soap, this grease can be stored maximum 8 months at ideal conditions in storage. Application:I.P. Grease CJ 500 is a multi-purpose industrial lubricant. The nature of its calcium complex soap makes it particularly suited for the lubrication of bearings and rotary furnaces subject to vibration and likely to suer false brine line. This grease can also be easily distributed in centralized lubricating systems. The recommended operating temperature range for this grease is – 20 oC to 150 oC with appropriate re-lubrication intervals
