Freer Flavoring and Coloring Knowledge Company started in 2009 to produce natural food coloring from agricultural waste for the first time in the country. After three years of research by scholars and experienced experts of the food industry of Iran, it was established in the science and technology town in 2012 and succeeded in manufacturing the first acid pH and heat resistant food coloring in the country. After registering this achievement, it continued to research food coloring and the direct relationship between food and color in the food industry. In line with company policies, a research center was founded for food industry developers and scholars of this field for interaction between academia and the industry.
