The company was established in the year 1361 in Hamedan on Hamedan road, 45 kilometers from the city of Qazvin – as the largest manufacturer of dies and chemical products in the Middle East with the aim of covering the textile and leather industries  producing textile dyes and pigments, reactive,Acidic became fully active in 1975

The factory was built in an area of ​​24 hectares with an infrastructure of 25,000 square meters.Initial production capacity of 4,000 tons of leather, textile dyes and textile auxiliaries. 

Each year, more than 100 kinds of disperse dyes, direct, reactive, pigment pastes, Disperse / direct and textile auxiliaries is produced for its numerous clients all over the country and some neighboring countries  In 83 experts were employed and trained to upgrade technical knowledge of production and absorption and enhance the quality of products up to international standards.

Company R & D unit to keep pace with the development of the company's products have a tremendous role in its development and with the knowledge of the world in the development of quantitative and qualitative company has an effective role.

Alvan co consists of below units :

Building of  production: independent production unit consists of 15 regions and each region of three to four different types of product can be synthesized simultaneously . 

Dreyer Unit :

This unit has a drying chamber of 50 and each chamber has a capacity of one ton of dyes and each chamber of drying unit has moisture and temperature control after each drying session it is turned off automatically  in order to prevent unnecessary drying .

Standardization Unit :

This is  unit under the direct supervision of the quality control department which consists of 14 units Mixers - crasher which has a capacity of 2 to 6 cubic meters of powder paint .

Quality control unit :

the unit is equipped with latest equipment for SDC and ATCC standard and the presence of experts along with up to date tools enabled us to achieve the standard 7728 and 7729 from the standard organization .

R&D UNIT :

This unit is one of the best-equipped research and development units in the country. Equipped with the latest equipment such as paint and chemical analysis devices of HPLC and  spectrometer of UV-VIS .

PIGMENT UNIT :

This unit has several horizontal and vertical mill machine (Pearl Mill and SAND MILL ). Based on the physical nature of the pigment powder .

One of them is for grinding. This machine can grind pigment particles to less than a micron. In addition it is equipped with the latest method  to compare the sample print

Warehouses :

warehouses of our company in accordance with the latest international standards  and chemical materials and dies on the bases of MSDS are stored in a separate warehouse .

The warehouses contains  cold storage - hot - Round open - tank farm (storage of liquids) –special warehouse for customs and specific product requirements.

UTILITY UNIT :

our company is equipped with two high-pressure boiler and four hot water boilers three air compressors water refinery by RO system and the refinery is capable refining 960 cubic meter of water daily .

Health and safety unit and fire extinguishing systems :

The company is equipped with the most complete fire fighting equipment that is unrivaled in the region and 24 hours on alert on several occasions been rushed to help the company adjacent units and irreparable damage prevented the unit  has very good facilities and is equipped well and has  contracts with reliable physicians and expert in the region.

Administrative units and associated divisions :

The administration building has been based in two floors  with 10 equipped rooms of which on the first floor office units are based and the second floor is designed to cater 100 guests with a separate and fully functional kitchen to service guests and the security guard secures the factory 24 hours daily
