IKCO, Peugeot officially start cooperation
TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian largest public-run auto-manufacturer (IKCO) and French PSA Peugeot Citroën started joint cooperation with a joint corporation.
The members of the presidium of the corporation have been introduced and 17 subcontracts on cooperation protocol of two manufacturers have been finalized as the joint corporation dubbed IKAP officially started working. IKCO President Hashem Yekkeh-Zareh and Peugeot President Jean-Christophe Comar signed the memo of corporation. Final steps to officially inaugurate the company had been complete over past weeks. A high-profile delegation of Citroën visited Iran to sign the deal. The general principles for cooperation between the two corporations were signed as Iranian President Hassan Rouhani visited France earlier this year.
