Bosnian trade delegation in Alborz to examine mutual cooperation
Karaj, Alborz prov, Feb 13, IRNA – A fifteen-member trade delegation from Bosnia and Herzegovina arrived in Alborz province, about 40 km northwest of capital Tehran, on Monday to become familiar with provincial economic potentials effective in boosting bilateral cooperation.
Bosnian delegation from Tuzla Canton the third of 10 cantons of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is headed by Municipality president of Olovo town Đemal Memagić.
According to an official at the provincial Chamber of Commerce, the 15-member Bosnian delegation is to evaluate economic structures of Alborz in order to establish trade ties with economic activists of the province.
“Bosnian delegation planned to hold expert meetings by merchants and businessmen,” Reyhaneh Haqiqi told IRNA.
She added that officials and experts of a number of provincial firms active in different fields including production of steel, wood, charcoal, stove, plastic and the related artifacts are accompanying the Bosnian delegation, she said.
“Different delegations from Ukraine, Germany, Italy, Croatia, Poland, France and Estonia have so far visited Alborz province in post-JCPOA era to study ways to establish bilateral trade relations,” Haqiqi said.
With its nearly 3,500 big and small production and industrial units, Alborz is regarded as one of the industrial hubs in Iran.
