Assalouyeh to host exhibition on oil, gas, petrochemicals
Bushehr, Dec 4, IRNA - The 8th Specialized Exhibition of Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals slated for Dec 11-14 will be hosted by Pars Special Economic Energy Zone in Assalouyeh in southwest of Iran.
A provincial official in charge of holding the international exhibitions here has announced that over 60 companies active in the oil and gas industry's upstream and downstream sectors and the producers of the industrial equipment are to put their products on display at the upcoming exhibition.
Mehrdad Ebrahimi has termed the Assalouyeh exhibition as the important one in the areas of oil and gas that will be held in north of the strategic region of the Persian Gulf in south of Iran.
Ebrahimi made the remarks while referring to the Iran Petroleum Contract (IPC) as a new oil measure taken towards development in the oil and gas fields.
According to the Ministry of Petroleum, the Iran Petroleum Contract (IPC) described as a hybrid model, will replace the buy-back contracts.
