Export of Iran's oil and gas condensates close to 3 million bpd
Tehran, Aug 17, IRNA – Iran exported more than 2.1 million bpd crude oil in July 2016 and the total export of crude oil and gas condensates reached 2.74 million bpd, National Iranian Oil Company Director for international affairs Mohsen Qamsari said on Wednesday.
He hoped that this amount to be repeated in August.
Qamsari said that oil export is in a good condition now, but it is not yet in the same level as before the sanctions.He said that crude oil export before sanctions was 2.3 million bpd, so that it is lagging behind the level Iran exported prior to the sanctions.
The official said that destination for one fourth of Iranian crude oil is Europe and the rest goes to the Asian countries and the gas condensates go to the Asian states.

The Asian market has the largest energy consumption in the world and all producers are looking at the market, so the priority is for exporting 63 percent to Asia and the rest to the European countries and other countries of the region as well.
Qamsari said that Iran is currently negotiating with a number of Asian and European states to sell oil and as soon as the negotiations were finalized, their names would be declared.
