Iran's non-oil exports to Iraq up by 23% in 4 months
Baghdad, Aug 6, IRNA – Iranian ambassador to Iraq said Iran's non-oil exports to Iraq had 23% growth in 4 months of the current Iranian calendar year (beginning on March 20).
Hassan Danaie Far also referred to excellent ties between Iran and Iraq in different fields such as economy, politics, pilgrimage, and tourism.
Iranian commercial attaché in Iraq Ebrahim Reza Zade said that Iran's total non-oil exports to Iraq has been worth $2,460,000,000 since the beginning of the current Iranian calendar year up to the end of Iranian month of Tir (July 21) compared to its previous year which was only $1,966,000,000.
He added that Iran exported over $6,200,000,000 of non-oil products to Iraq in the last Iranian calendar year and became Iraq's third partner after Turkey and China.
