Razavi Khorasan exports 10,000 tons of eggs
Mashad, July 4, IRNA – Head of Razavi Khorasan Veterinary Quarantine and Biosecurity Office said that over 10,000 tons of eggs have been exported to neighboring countries since the beginning of the current Iranian calendar year (beginning on March 20).
Masoud Ebrahimi told IRNA on Monday that the amount of exported eggs valued $4,908,000 were exported to Iraq, Afghanistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. He said Persian Gulf littoral states, Central Asia, China, India, EU members such as Italy, and Poland are Razavi Khorasan's customers. By producing over 150,000 tons of eggs annually, Razavi Khorasan stands in the third place in producing eggs in the country. Source:IRNA
