Iran to resume trade interactions with Mexico, Ecuador

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Director General of the European, American and the Commonwealth of Independent States at the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran Abolfazl Koudei said that the country plans to start commercial exchanges with Mexico and Ecuador.

He noted that an economic delegation led by head of Iranian Trade Development Organization and a number of leading private companies are going to visit Mexico and Ecuador next month. He said that representatives of Mexican and Ecuadorian embassies and Iranian Foreign Ministry met in Tehran last week. A number of leading Iranian companies keen to establish economic and trade transactions also joined the gathering. During the meeting conditions for cooperation and potential were discussed, he said. Koudei said that economic and trade potential of the three countries on ways of interactions are going to be investigated. Petrochemistry, agriculture, mine and industry are key areas of possible cooperation among the three countries. Source:ISNA
