Isfahan Foundry steel ingot production capacity to hit 3,600,000 tons

Isfahan, July 3, IRNA – Isfahan Foundry's nominal steel ingot production capacity will rise up to 3,600,000 tons once no. 5 steel casting plant of the foundry is operational.

Public Relations Department at the Foundry quoted Director of the supplementary projects in the foundry Jalal Aqababa as saying on Sunday that the foundry's casting unit has currently the capacity to produce one million tons of steel a year. He said that setting up the plant cost about 12 million dollars plus 500 billion rials. Source:IRNA
