Base Station Outdoor Rack (Twain Enclosure Series) Outdoor Rack for Base Station Equipment Suitable for installation of communication stations equipment in free space Racks are divided in two different categories: Indoor and Outdoor. Indoor Racks are designed to be installed in the indoor environments where heating and cooling of inside of the rack follows the surrounding environment and thus these environments should be kept in a suitable temperature. But outdoor models are designed to be installed in free space environments under the sun, snow and rain. In such racks the heating, cooling, and no penetration of dusts and water inside the racks are very important. The outdoor racks are designed and manufactured for installation of Mobile BTSs including: GSM, CDMA, Wi MAX, WLL, Tetra and Monitoring and road traffic control in free space and various climatic conditions. Some other applications: ●Outdoor Telecom Racks are used for the users in the Remote of Local Exchange, Access Systems, BTSs and so on. ●Outdoor Racks are used for installation of Computer Network Equipment, Acoustic Systems, CCTV Systems, Security Systems and so on. ●Outdoor Racks are used for installation of intercity ONUs, Traffic Control Systems, Intelligent Management Systems and Traffic Monitoring Systems. ●Outdoor Racks are used for Military, Defensive and Operational Applications with the ability of Anti-shock and high resistive against storms, Waves, Snow and rain and so on. ●Outdoor Racks are used for installation of Banking equipment including ATM Systems, Customer especial applications and designing according to especial Application Requirement. Specification of BS-Twain Series ● Installation of Electronics and Telecom Equipment in the right section of the Rack and Power Equipment in the left section of the Rack. ● Having the installation ability of CA5000b Intelligent Cooling System with the capacity of 5000 BTU on the right door of the Rack. ● Equipped with AC, DC control Panel. ● Equipped with Rectifier Charger to charge the Batteries suitable to the installed equipment inside the Rack. ● Having the ability to install 19” standard Adapters in the desired height. ● Having the needed space to install the Batteries. ● Having different types of needed Alarm Sensors for Smoke, Internal and External Temperature. ●Equipped with Alarm Terminal to be connected to the transmission equipment. ●Having the inlet and outlet valves for the Feeders, Power and ground Cables. ● Having a Folding Table especial for Lap Top and Document Holder in the internal section of the main door. ● Resistive to Hurricane up to 140 Km/h. ● Resistive against the penetration of dust, humidity, Snow and Rain (IP55). ● Electrostatic Color in all the external Surfaces. ● Having Inclined Roof with heat Insulator injected by Polyurethane. ● Having the ability for installation of DC Fan modules in order for circulating the internal air into the middle wall. ● Having Valves, Fans and inlet and outlet Filters to let free air into the Rack. ● Running the Earth for all the components. ● Having the Base Template in order to be easily installed on the Foundation. ● Having Fireproof Polyurethane Heat Insulator in the form of integrated with the density of 45Kg/m3 and the thickness of 50mm in the middle layer of the walls, ceiling, Floor and all the doors. ● With the useful life of 15 years.
