Each single dose vial of 10 ml contains: active ingredient: l-carnitine : 0.50 g. with sweetener and fruit flavour Carnitine, derived from methionine and lysine amino acids, is found in nearly all cells of the body, and beneficial effects of this component is more related to L isomer of it. L-carnitine plays a critical role in energy production; it transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria so they can be oxidized ("burned") to produce energy.
