Description :

Super MCP is modified acrylic dispersion based additive used in plasters and grouts to increase impermeability and adherence. Prevent the formation of cold grout by creating an adhesion bridge between the new cement finish and concrete on old concrete. Super MCP is added to the concrete, concrete finish, mortar mixture to increase waterproofing, freezing and thawing resistance and resistance against puckering in the elasto-plastic module. It keeps concrete, concrete finish or mortar from cracking and provides comfortable working conditions in wide areas. Technical Data: Base modified acrylic dispersion Color white Consistency liquid Density 1.04 kg/m3 Ph 6 – 9 Application temperature +5°C through +30°C Instruction: For adhesion: It is recommended that the old concrete surface is cleaned and washed and the concrete is waterlogged. The mixture proportions: One part cement (CEM I). Three part 0-2 mm sand, two part water, one part Sate Binder. In Mortar/ Cement Finish Applications: One part cement (CEMI), 4-5 part sand, 0.30 part water, add 4-6 kg Super MCP. Super MCP in thin cement finishes at industrial and shopping centers; recommended to be used with Faraz Paye admixtures one part cement (CEM I), 3 parts sand, 5-6 kg Fara Plast AC1 and 3.5-5 kg Super MCP. Approximate amount usage of Super MCP is 0.60 - 0.80 kg/m2 for per cm thickness. Package & Storage: 5, 10 and 20 kg gallons Keep in dry place and original sealed packing. Notices: In case of contact with eyes, wash them immediately by water.
