Description :

The electromechanical level meter operates based on the loadcell and applying Archimedes' principle. The steel strip is driven down the tank. The weight and height of the strip are measured and surface information is extracted. Also, the acceleration variation of the sensor is calculated to control the engine speed. Application: • Accurate measurement of surface reservoirs and ponds containing several types of substances of varying density • Applicable to control the level of tank by ordering a pump or electric valve • Measuring level of material in ponds, silos, tankers and water wells • Measurement and control of level of oil tanks, sludge and viscous materials • Measurement and control the level of sludge and deposits within the fluid • Improve tinker efficiency • Measuring the height of powder and high dust materials such as flour, cement, wheat and barley inside silos Technical Specifications: • Measured resolution 15 mm • Measuring the surface of the material up to a depth of 20m with the ability to extend up to 100m • Temperature range -30°C to 70°C • Operating pressure 0.8 to 1.1bar • Ability to adjust the measurement period manually, automatically and remotely • 4-20mA output and RS485 port • Ingress Protection Code: IP67 • Available in different packages, stainless steel 304L and 316L display information: • 8-line LCD display • Display measurement parameters such as the weight of the moment sensor, motor current and speed and measurement error code • Graphically display full and empty levels
