Description :

The ultrasonic level meter has 40kHz ultrasonic receiver- transmitter to send sound waves to fluid level. The received echoes are processed according to calculation of round-trip time. The results are transmitted as a standard signal. The ambient temperature is calculated momentarily in order to correct the speed of sound automatically and measure the distance accurately. Application: • Continuous measurement of level and volume of fluid inside of types of tanks • Suitable for silos containing food in terms of health • Applicable to ordinary environments and environments with acidic vapors • Applicable to turbulent fluids and tanks with agitator Technical Specifications: • Measured resolution 3mm and accuracy 0.1% of distance measured • The ability to measure material levels up to maximum height of 15 m • Operating temperature range -20°C to 80°C • 20-4 mA analog output and RS485 port with RTU Modbus protocol • Ingress Protection code: IP68(2m24h) • Available in different packages, aluminum, stainless steel 316L and polyamide • Minimum maintenance requirement due to non-contact • Stability measurements in harsh conditions such as vapor and turbulence Display: • 8-line LCD display screen • Graphic display: display information of level (fill and empty) material with different units, meter, percentage, cubic meter, liter and tonnage • Display graph of returned echoes from surface and other annoying echoes using monitoring software • Bluetooth port to receive the fluid level information by Android software (Ptools)
