Industrial Oil Vacuum Purification
Industrial oil purification under vacuum (turbine, hydraulic and lubricants). Purification of Industrial oils to remove water pollution (soluble and emulsion), soluble gases, pending solid particles and volatile substances such as ammonia, alcohol from the oil in the model NNVOPh with capacity of 200 to 15,000 L/H in full automatic or half automatic in stationery or mobile models . Abilities of the system to remove various types of contaminations including: water (soluble and emulsion), gas (hydrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, methane, carbon monoxide,..), solid suspended particles and volatile substances like ammonia and alcohol from oil with NASS and ISO standards . Raising the resistance of the equipment against the thermal stresses over 85% of system’s failures result from oil contamination. This problem can be eliminated by on time oil purification. This way, we can reduce the costs of oil replacement and also increase the life time of machineries.
