Description :

High, uniform forming quality in terms of shape and weight of the sweets is achieved with optimized speed control of the sizing rollers and exact synchronization of the forming die and sizing rollers. The forming pressure is pneumatically adjustable and reproducible for each candy size. The lead of the die-head to the sizing rollers is also infinitely adjustable. The changeover can be made within 2-5 minutes. Depending on the output, various cooling conveyor models can be combined with the forming machine.
