The development plan of the company, with a capacity of 3300 tons per day, was approved by the board of directors of Ilam Cement Co. In November 16, 2002. And the plan for increasing capital and obtaining finance sources by loans was presented to shareholders. With 23 percent participation of Ilam Cement Co. and 77 percent of Bank Sepah, the plan was done. Finally in September 23, 2010 , the company's second line kiln was set up, and with the operation of this line, the company's production capacity increased from 2,000 tons to 5,300 tons of clinker per day, and one million and six hundred thousand tons of clinker per year.
