• 2.4 ml lavender essential oil (Lavandula officinalis), equal to 0.720 ml cineol 

• 1.6 ml melilot essential oil (Melilotus officinalis), equal to 0.260 ml eucalyptol

• 1.6 ml viola essential oil (Viola odorata), equal to 0.540 ml alpha-ionone

• 4.2 ml fennel essential oil (Foeniculum vulgare), equal to 3.11 ml anethole

• 4.2 ml coriander essential oil (Coriandrum sativum), equal to 1.73 ml linalool

• 2.4 ml marjoram essential oil (Origanum vulgare), equal to 1.72 ml carvacrol

Dosage: Between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m. (during waking hours), use the spray every 3 hours, each time one puff in each nostril.

Note: Regarding the drug delivery and treatment effects, there is no restriction on using the spray every 6 hours each time two puffs in each nostril.

Caution
